The cosy chocolate company

CHocolate genie

I would like to introduce you to our company, Chocolate Genie.
We hand craft gorgeous Belgian chocolate novelties that are just a
little unique and hopefully, make people smile. Items include
stunning high heeled shoes, flower chocolates for Mothers Day,
Sheep with woolly hats, fun Rudolphs for Xmas and other
gorgeous gifts for that special occasion.

We are often asked why are we called UK Fudge Co but make Aussie style Fudge. It's simple. We are a UK based company but make Aussie style Fudge due to our Australian background. Fudge in Australia is churned, like ice-cream and so it's smooth & creamy!

We are from Brisbane (Go Broncos!) and try to make our Fudge as tasty and enjoyable as possible with as many Aussie flavours as possible.

This is the same style of fudge that you'll find at places like Mt Tamborine on the Gold Coast or in Maleny and Montville on the Sunshine Coast.

We also do British, Italian, German, American and Canadian flavours throughout the year too. Something for everyone!

The Outdoor Pig Company is a local family run business based near Alcester, Warwickshire. The company has a reputation for producing very high quality pork pies winning the Champion Pork Pie award at the Melton Mowbray British Pie Awards for three years in a row. The company also produces a range of artisan sausages, ham and pasties which we can now offer on our website. The Outdoor Pig Company has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and now offers a fantastic range of products using locally sourced ingredients.

pimp your mayo

Pimp Your Mayo launched their mayonnaise seasoning blends at Broadway Food Festival last year and are returning to celebrate a year of pimping mayo all over the Cotswolds. Based locally in Pershore, Pimp Your Mayo started during lockdown when the founder Oscar realised how many flavours of mayo he had in his fridge and the space they took up. By creating finely ground seasoning blends that are designed to be mixed with plain mayonnaise you only need one bottle of mayo whilst the blends can be stored in the cupboard and have a longer shelf life. They create their blends using fresh chillies, herbs and spices and dry them in small batches by hand at home.

Since launching, the Chipotle & Lime flavour was awarded 2 Great Taste Stars in the 2022 awards, whilst the other 3 flavours have been entered in the 2023 awards, fingers crossed! They've now sold over 5,000 jars and are proudly stocked in 15 stockists across the UK, including local busineeses Broadway Deli, Wayside Farmshop and Gloucester Services.

We are a family run brewery based in Winchcombe where we have been brewing in the shadows of Sudeley Castle for nearly 30 years. Our multi-award winning range of hand crafted beers are brewed using traditional methods and with the finest British malt & hops from around the world. evesham goldenberries

We make this fruit into a range of jams and jellies, including a yellow raspberry jam, several single plum varieties, and limited runs of other soft fruits such as redcurrant and gooseberry. We also do favourites such as strawberry, raspberry, and bramble jelly.

All Evesham Golden Berries jams and jellies contain 49g fruit per 100g product (unless stated) and are made from vegan and gluten free ingredients, using fruit grown in the vale of Evesham (except citrus). The jam is manufactured and packaged locally in small batches.

Our jams should keep for several months prior to opening. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 1 month (but you may finish it sooner).
